I purchased a vehicle from Mill Road Motors two months ago , the vehicle is absolutely perfect for me. This week there was a slight noise coming from the rear o f the vehicle consequently I called Jules the proprietor who promptly dealt with the noise. How is this for service , not only did he get rear break shoes replaced but also found a loose bracket on the exhaust. I bought this car from its description and from talking to Jules, the proprietor of Mill Road Motors. Jules was keen to let me know that he valued his associati on with the RAC and the “peace of mind†their warranties brought to potential customers. I was so impressed that I bought the car without seeing it. Jules organised a new 12 month MoT and the 80 mile delivery to by base; he even arranged the on-line process of sorting out the V5 (Logbook) and taxing the vehicle. On arrival the cas was everything that had been described; clean and fully valetd; all paperwork and both keys. It looked like new and Drove superbly. Even the delivery driver (Mike) was so helpful and free with his knowledge of the vehicle type pruchased. We would definitely recommend Mill Road Motors and Jules as the most honest of car sales companies

After a good road test, fresh MOT and RAC warranty I came away very satisfied with our purchase. When our main car needs renewing I shall speak to MRM again
